There is a need to recognize tacit knowledge sharing as an essential element by organizations owing to its unstructured and experience-based features. Tacit knowledge can be best shared through interpersonal contact or socialization. The sharing or lack of effectual tacit knowledge sharing will affect an organization's existence, effectiveness, novelty, and competitiveness in the marketplace. Thus, it is crucial to recognize the enablers of tacit knowledge sharing. The presentation will focus on enablers and the outcome of TKS in the Indian information technology (IT) context.
