Pomiar odporności łańcucha dostaw żywności [Resilience measurement for food supply chain] Morteza Yazdani (Department of Marketing Research & Quantitative Methods, ESIC Business & Marketing School, Madrid, Spain) The food supply chain in Spain, like in other countries, has been affected enormously by the COVID crisis. We have worked on risk and resilient measurement of agriculture actors in the Andalusian region. During the talk I will highlight the importance of this sector for Spain. Then by presenting a model, I will try to measure the risk of the actors based on various factors. The data has been extracted from an online expert questionnaire and their qualitative judgment. This model can be utilized by small firms that want to have an overview of the risk and react effectively to the next probable disruption.
